Haplast is looking for several skilled and motivated employees for our factory in Lyngen.

We employ skilled trainees with an interest in working in a manufacturing company. With us, you can work with automated production, plastic welding, CNC-controlled production and assembly of plastic products.

Haplast is an approved apprentice company and we encourage new graduates in technology and industrial subjects to apply for an apprenticeship with us.

• Is reliable and responsible
• Is solution-oriented and willing to learn
• Is self-driven, efficient and accurate
• Has good work capacity and collaboration skills
• Ability and willingness to understand our production and quality systems

You're welcome to:

• Formal or experience-based competence in industrial technology or manufacturing
• Welding certificate, forklift driver certificate or certificate of competence for overhead crane is an advantage
• Lack of education or certificates can be compensated with willingness and ability to learn

About Haplast

Haplast AS is a locally owned, northern Norwegian manufacturer of PE plastic products and is one of the largest industrial companies in Troms. Our factory was established in 1961 and is located at Furuflaten in Lyngen municipality. We manufacture products based on PE plastic granules, primarily for use in water and sewage, road and rail, aquaculture and ventilation. Our main products are extruded pressure pipes, wound profile pipes, water basins and tanks.

Haplast uses modern production technology and is the only manufacturer in the Nordic region that makes pipe up to 3 meters in diameter based on KRAH technology. We weld and install culverts, manholes and tanks from these pipes. The products are delivered from our factory as "plug and play" solutions, fully assembled with all fittings and parts. We also design unique solutions in PE plastic in collaboration with our customers who have extended needs, such as industrial customers, aquaculture operators and contractors.

Haplast AS has 43 employees and had a turnover of approximately NOK 135 million in 2022. We are an approved apprentice company for industrial mechanics, production engineering and plastics.
