KRAH Profile tubes

Haplast is the only manufacturer of KRAH profile pipes in Norway.

We use KRAHTMtechnology, which makes it possible to produce solid PE profile pipes up to 3 meters in diameter. The pipes can be produced in several ring stiffness classes - including SN-8.

Profile types for KRAH- pipe

Haplast produces KRAH™ profile pipes in several profile types. This allows us to adapt the pipe wall to the application, dimension, load and desired ring stiffness, including SN8.

The difference between the profile types lies in how the pipe wall is built up. Some profiles provide low specific weight and high ring stiffness, while others provide extra robust walls, smooth surfaces or better properties for further processing into sumps, tanks and special products. The pipes can be produced with internal dimensions from Ø600mm to Ø3000 mm.

VW

VW is a smooth-walled profile type with a compact tube wall. It is well suited where a smooth surface, high material thickness and a robust construction are desired.

Typical applications:

  • Basins
  • Special products

Public relations

PR profile has a smooth inside and a profiled outside. The profiled structure provides high ring stiffness with low weight. This pipe type is the standard choice in many road projects.

SPR

VW is a smooth-walled profile type with a compact tube wall. It is well suited where a smooth surface, high material thickness and a robust construction are desired.

OP
