Haplast has completed an internal corporate merger and has been given a new organizational number. Operations will continue as before, but customers, suppliers and partners should update the company information about Haplast in their systems.
As part of the restructuring, Haplast Furuflaten AS, company no. 937 485 247, has taken over all assets, rights and liabilities from the former Haplast AS, company no. 987 486 945. The former Haplast AS is being dissolved as part of the merger.
Operations continue as before
For customers, suppliers and partners, the restructuring will not result in any changes to day-to-day cooperation. Contact persons, deliveries and contractual relationships will continue essentially as before.
Remember to update your company information
We ask customers and suppliers who have Haplast registered in their systems to update relevant registers and billing routines with the following information:
- Company name: Haplast Furuflaten AS
- Organization number: 937 485 247
This applies, among other things, to customer and supplier registers and other systems where company names and organization numbers are used.
